Managers Meeting – Wednesday 19th November 2014

I would like you and/or a nominated representative for your team, to attend a very important managers meeting at the club on Wednesday 19th November 2014 at 8pm.

Its exciting times at APYFC, with 32 sides ( boys and girls ) and new improved facilities at the ‘ racecourse ‘, together with some new faces on your management committee.

To maintain and sustain both the quality and quantity of football provision, we now need to revise and revamp the way we operate as a club, with HELP NEEDED FROM OUR MEMBER BASE. Thus we have invested in improving and upgrading our web site, with a view to managing MORE of our administrative processes online e.g. MEMBERSHIP DATABASE, MANAGER & COACH QUALIFICATIONS, FIXTURES & RESULTS ETC. Going forward this will not be optional, it will be a requirement for the 2015/16 season.

Thus we are starting the registration much earlier this year, and holding the above meeting to both outline a new way of working and initiate team registration for the 2015/16 season. We want to build upon the excellent foundations that we have, but we need your buy in and active participation. Thus attendance/representation on the 19th November is mandatory, not optional i.e. no attendance, no team next season.
