Main Club Objectives

1. Finalise incorporation to the Alexandra Park Sports Club – CIC.
2. Finalise CASC transfer.
3. Finalise accounting and statutory returns from all 4 sections.
4. Finalise new lease with Landlord the Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust.
5. Improve integration between all sections both off and on the field.
6. Improve income from all 4 sections.
7. Improve volunteering within all 4 sections.

APYFC Objectives

1. Fully implement new management structure for two committees – “On Field” and “Off Field”. Encourage enjoyment and interaction throughout all committees and working parties. Improve transitions as new volunteers take over specific jobs and encourage orderly and planned succession in good time.
2. Intergrate and encourage all volunteering and utilise FA’s “social return on investment” strategy (when asked – possible pilot scheme).
3. Reduce red and yellow cards year on year.
4. Understand match day “touchline bad behaviour” and encourage improvements in all respects.
5. Sustain numbers at circa 500 players and reduce attrition.
6. Continue to Increase all weather capacity within reasonable budgets.
7. Improve pathways for boys and girls into adult football sections.
8. Expand social events and overall fund raising.
9. Assess and improve internal communications between club/managers and parents.
10. Assess the opportunity for the Main Club to communicate effectively to the wider community. Assess sponsorship on a large scale alongside Main Club.
